VibePort respects the intellectual property rights of artists and creators. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid claims of copyright infringement.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

If you believe that material hosted on VibePort infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information:

• Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL of the content on VibePort.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

• Your name, address, and phone number.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district of residence (or, if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in the district where VibePort is located).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
